They do much more than tires. My AC was out. Needed a new belt and a recharge. Dropped off first thing in the morning and it was ready by the end of the day. Staff is always friendly.

It was a great experience overall. Left my car at 12PM. Got it back the same day. Everything was fixed and mechanic was very honest and knowledgeable. I'm happy I chose them and will do so going forward.

This is my favorite place to go for service, the service is great

Just grateful they always are honest about timeline and transparent about how to save money and what is urgent vs. can wait. I dropped a bag to replace somethings but they saved me at least $200 with a simple suggestion.

The service is always good at Ft Washington Tire. There is a call to let you know what they found and ask if you want it fixed. The estimates are always very accurate and there is a notification call to let you know when your car is ready. While rotating my tires the technician noticed that I was missing a few stem caps (at least two). When I picked up my truck all my tires had stem caps. I trust their recommendations for repairs.

The customer service AND the vehicle service are always FIVE STAR!!! They got me in and out with minimum wait. My customer service rep today was Solomon.
