Jeremy and his team are very accommodating. I called around 9:30 am to see if they could do my front brakes around 1pm. They were able to do so and completed the job by COB. They provide quality work and service.

Tire Pros provides amazing service. They are trustworthy. I have been going to them since 2001.

There were no issues with my visit. In fact I had an additional problem that was fixed. The customer service was excellent.

This is my favorite service vendor because everyone treats me with utmost respect, and they know my name. They look me in the eye when discussing issues and pricing (demonstrating honesty and pride in their services and competitive pricing), and they ensure that all available discounts and/or up-charges are quoted and applied timely. They treat me as though I matter to them, which matters to me. I have been with Eric and Jeremy since Fort Washington Tire opened, and they have taken excellent care of all of my vehicular needs. Phenomenal service and customer service. Walked in and was immediately greeted with friendly customer service. I require some unscheduled maintenance on my tire, and was immediately assisted I was in and out in no time. HIGHLY recommend.

THE SERVICE IS GREAT ONCE THEY DO THE JOB ONLY PRAY THAT THEY WOULD CONSIDER MAKING APPOINTMENTS FOR JOBS TO BE DONE THAT WAY SENIORS AND OTHER CUSTOMERS WILL KNOW WHEN TO BRING AUTO AND WHEN TO PICK IT UP. MOST PEOPLE WILL WAIT THE WAITING AREA CAN GET A LITTLE CLOSE AND UNHEALTHY FOR SENIORS PLUS I DON'T HAVE A SECOND AUTO TO DRIVE. THANK YOU.
