Last week my vehicle over heated on my way to work. When I git off I went to Fort Washington Tire Pros & Auto Center. They asked if I could leave my vehicle over night and I agreed to. The next morning by 0800am they called me with the diagnosis and a price. I agreed and before 12am my vehicle was ready. I am very pleased with there service, professionalism and timing. They are my new "Go To" auto center!

Experience was about as good as I’ve seen out of any automotive shop. I set up appointment online the day prior so it was kind of last minute. I ended up calling in the morning based on experience that automotive shops tend to be a little slow/forgetful getting back to you. They told me on phone they don’t have appoints which i thought was a little funky online you can set up an appointment and they will call you, but I could see why they set it up that way. I got all 4 tires changed and it took three hours. I feel like that was a reasonable amount of time considering they had to wait to receive the tires and I ordered the day before, but once they received them they got to work on the truck within an hour. Again, everything went about as smoothly as it could’ve. The guy (Jeremy I believe) made sure the technicians didn’t dispose of my spare tire since I had it on one of the wheels and didn’t want it to go back on. I would probably go back. Good service
