I've dealt with them on two occasions for tires to put on my old 09 Nissan Altima back in 2015-16 and December 2019 for my 2016 Nissan Altima. Their customer service was excellent and they did a great job installing my tires. They had the brand of Continental Tires I wanted at a price that was lower than the dealership by $20. Last summer I had to go to them to fix a leak I had in my tire. Due to Covid-19 procedures I had to wait in my car in the back of the shop since there wasn't any parking in the back. And they told me someone would come out and take my car in and they did. Everything took about an hour (30 minute wait and 30 minutes to repair the tire).
