Just grateful they always are honest about timeline and transparent about how to save money and what is urgent vs. can wait. I dropped a bag to replace somethings but they saved me at least $200 with a simple suggestion.

The service is always good at Ft Washington Tire. There is a call to let you know what they found and ask if you want it fixed. The estimates are always very accurate and there is a notification call to let you know when your car is ready. While rotating my tires the technician noticed that I was missing a few stem caps (at least two). When I picked up my truck all my tires had stem caps. I trust their recommendations for repairs.

The customer service AND the vehicle service are always FIVE STAR!!! They got me in and out with minimum wait. My customer service rep today was Solomon.

Took my car there for some check up. Suppose to be a one day thing but they kept my car for 5 days because they said they were busy. Then told me that there was nothing wrong with the car and still charged me $165. I took it to another shop they told me what was wrong with it. I knew there was something wrong with the car.
