These guys are the best. I have used them for a decade

Brought in vw touareg for right low beam headlight replacement. Was initially told about an hour wait and ballpark around $50. After 90 minute wait, I was told the front bumper needed to come off (2 hour job) to replace the bulb. Total cost estimate $375. Since I wasn't told this upfront, apparently they haven't replaced this bulb before or just didn't want this business.

Guys had the BEST prices around, were fast, knowledgeable, and friendly. On top of that, they couldn't find anything wrong with my tire, and checked all the other tires just to be safe, filled it back up and mounted it and said no charge for anything. They didn't try to sell me tires I didn't need or services I didn't want. That is something you can't put a price on: trustworthiness!

Courteous service. Fair quality of work. Terrible speed. I understand the place was busy at the time, but even then it still took 3+ hours to change all four of my tires

I had a bad experience here twice!!!! If I could give then zero stars 🌟 I would!! I have been going here for 5 years. It's close to my house and prior to this I had no issues. The last two times I felt taken advantage of, ladies beware!!!!! I will NEVER go there again!!! I took my truck to BMW and what Fort Washington Tires stated was wrong was definitely not the issue!!!!!! This would have cost me $900.00+ dollars if I had proceeded with them!!!!! My truck was there at 7:30 am. I hadn't heard from them so I called to check the status 2 hours before they closed and after the conversation I thought it would be ready that day. Needless to say they kept my truck overnight without informing me first. I needed to drive my truck the next day!! Poor communication and bad business 😕 never again.
