The a/c stopped working in my Acadia and this place came highly recommended. I was hoping the issue was something simple like needing freon but of course it wasn't. Anyway, they fixed the issue in only 2 days, which would've been 1 but they were sent the wrong parts. My a/c is blowing nice and cold, my windows are defrosting when needed, and they even plugged my tire , (which Jiffy Lube said couldn't be done). All the staff were friendly & knowledgeable and they're now our "go-to" auto shop!

This is my first time coming here I came because most of the reviews were satisfactory. So Tuesday my car broke down & would not start, I called & they suggested I leave it overnight on wensday bc they are fully booked with customers which I was fine with. I was told scince my car is staying overnight & its first come first served that my car would be the first one fixed Thursday morning. Thursday (today) I waited for a phone call to update me on my car, no call so I decided to go in. I arrived at 12 & was told work will be done on my car at 3. I was a little frustrated but they were friendly so I waited. I waited from 12 until about 5:30 in the shop may I add to only be told they are just now working on my car taking out the fuel pump. The shop closes at 6 & I am very frustrated I was told they may have to keep it another night. I have no way to go home & already had to call out 2 days from work for my car. I had high Hope's for this place bc of some of the reviews & friendliness but this is unacceptable. ***Update*** Jeremy was able to have me out the same day...I am now satisfied with having my vehicle back up & running

Caught a flat while traveling. This was the nearest tire shop and they were more than accommodating. Great prices and customer service!

My car was repaired. But, It took a week to get it back. When my car was ready. One of the mechanics pointed out to Jeremy that an engine light was on. Jeremy ignored the mechanic. I pointed it out to Jeremy... he then asked the mechanic to take put the system tester to find out what was going on. Once the code came up Jeremy then tried to reset it hoping that would fix the issue. It did not. I felt this should have been addressed when it was first noticed. Secondly, If I had not brought it to Jeremy attention then nothing would have been done. They have done great work in the past.

Jeremy is an great service manager! Thought I needed to replace my oil pressure sensor, turned out I just needed the wires spliced together. They refunded me cost of labor and parts and fixed the problem no complaints. Definitely coming back for future work!
