I have come here several times, and every time, the guys at the front are always super nice - Martinez and Jeremy are attentive to questions and concerns, and answered all of my (many) questions patiently, and in a way I could easily understand. All the pricing is super clear too. They always tell me exactly how much something is going to cost, and every time, that's what it costs. No surprises. I feel comfortable coming here when I have an issue with my car, knowing these are folks I can trust to diagnose the problem correctly, charge me a fair price, and not recommend unnecessary repairs. I selected this place based on the reviews... I had spoken with the manager prior to confirm cost and service time etc... I had my son take my car 7am before it even open to be sure it wouldnt be an ALL DAY PROCESS for a simple oil change and tune up. It is 12p and he's still there. My advice go somewhere else. Will never use this place again!
